Magical Express changes

Just wondering something, (and I am sure I am over thinking this), but my flight is scheduled to LAND in Orlando at 9:49pm (and let's say for now it is on time).  They say that for flights landing after 10pm, they won't get our luggage from baggage claim...  wondering what really is the cut off point?  Is it when the plane touches down, or finally starts unloading, or any number of variables??  Want to know what to REALLY expect when I land, and how strict are they going to be with these flights that come in so close to their cut-off time??

I kind of figured I would be getting my own baggage, but I just wondered how strict they would be down to the wire like that, and if any one else has experienced anything like this yet.  I'll give a call as my trip gets closer and report back what they tell me.
